A few years ago I was a burnt out mom who was barely surviving each day. I was white-knuckling my way through my daily tasks, and most days I was praying for bedtime.
I was overwhelmed and frustrated that I could never seem to make any real progress on my goals.
Once I began to realize that the changes I wanted to see had to start from the inside-out, the true transformation began. I found clarity. I created space and began to design a life I love, one day at a time.
Building the Simply Big Life community has been such a blessing and an answer to something that I needed in my life!
It is what I wish I would have had during that challenging season. Women who understand the struggles and stress of real life and who are committed to doing the work to becoming the best version of themselves. As well as tangible tools and resources to do life a different way.
